I went through the admin mode to see if it was there but I couldn't find it. I want to do a play through where my colonists start with absolutely nothing but learn and adapt. I found that I can give them traits however I cannot give them a passion to learn while in game. Can anyone please make a mod where I can change if my colonists have a passion to learn something or tell me where in admin mode it is located.
TLDR admin mode give colonist passion to learn.
You should try the mod "Prepare Carefully" by edb. It allows you to set up all your colonists and design their traits and stats how you want. You also set the starting supplies and gear. You can limit yourself by a point system, or uncap the points.
It's quite handy.

I know, however that only works in the pre game creation screen. I am unable to change anything about my colonists with it once the game actually starts.
you could edit the save file. (it opens with a text editor)
