Title: Trouble Taming Animals?
Post by: OutlinedJoker on August 22, 2015, 06:42:26 PM
I've been trying to tame Muffalo in my game, but none of my Handlers will tame them? I was wondering if there's something I have to research before taming larger animals, or if my Colonist needs a certain Handling level?

Are your handlers high enough level to tame them? Large animals require 6 or higher "animals". Even with 6 in that skill you will have a very low chance of taming it.

Yeah, my main Handler's skill is 10. I was able to tame one of the Muffalo, but only after I deselected all three and had only one of them re-selected.

Odd, sounds like it may be a glitch with having multiple animals selected for taming.

I have more than one selected and it seems to be working fine now.

Try right clicking with the colonist on mufallo and see what the message is.

I'm having the issue too, Got plenty of Hay and a level 6 tamer, but he won't tame anything on the map. Even when selecting 1 at a time.

can't right click on them either.
