im on a notebook and when i move around the map with asdw also even if i press exc keys i cant use the mouse pad at all and need to wait around 0.5 sec because i can move and use the mouse pad.. i use 64 bit windows 10
I think I know what this is - in which case, this is a mouse settings issue, not a game bug. You didn't say what make and model laptop you have so I can't provide exact steps.
Open your mouse settings and disable the option that turns off the touchpad when typing.
Many laptops temporarily disable the touchpad when typing to prevent the cursor from jumping when you accidentally touch the touchpad. It's up to you to find that setting and change it.
