Title: alternative to middle click on mac OS X?
Post by: icq4ever on August 27, 2015, 08:51:32 AM
hello.

I used to play rim world on windows. today I try on mac. (ofcourse) everything fine but the problem is scrolling.

even though I can scroll the 'wasd'-key / arrow-key / edge scrolling with mouse pointer, it's very annoying it's because very slow and laggy.

on mac, there's no middle button on magic mouse, and also the trackpad. instead, it use gesture.

===
on Trackpad -
two finger drag(updown) for scrollUp, scroll Down.
three or four finger gesture also support.

===
magic mouse -
middle of the mouse : touch scrolling up/down -> scrollUp/scrollDown
two/three finger guester also support.

so why don't you add these features on options for mac user?

thanks for reading.

im sorry to have to ask this, being a total Mac user myself...
why not get a regular mouse? Then you would have scroll wheel, right click, left click, back and forward buttons (which i use happily with Firefox Browser)....

i mean, yes, mac mice do look pretty, but they just dont have the true functionality of normal mice
