So bare with me on this journey guys as i learn the ins and outs of youtube
iirc the quality/reso is at what ever you record at, but YouTube takes a while to process it to that level after you've uploaded it. So immediately after releasing it'll be at 144 P, and then it'll slowly get better as the minutes drag on.
