I saw an Art Resource that I thought would make a good mod, an Impaled Head that has a very huge beauty debuff and slows anyone in it's vicinity.

Cost: 10 Metallic / Woody / Stoney and 1 Corpse
Use: Emanates an ugly Aura, causing nearby pawns to slow and/or slowly edge towards a mental break. Does not affect Psychopaths and Cannibals.
