Title: Heart attack on colonist

how is supposed to work heart attack on colonist?

I have one pawn he suffers from heart attack and then 5 seg latter he dies (49 years old) ... is there any chance to recover from heart attack D:?

Yes!  Just gotta get him in a medical bed and a doctor ASAP.

Animals can suffer heart attacks, too.  If you see an "artery blockage" in their health tab, you know they are at risk of heart attacks.  Prompt treatment will often save them, but if they are far from the base when it happens, they are done for.

Heart attacks are done by basically cpr. Depending on the severity of the attack, a pawn may spend several hours working on another to save them. Always make sure your doctor skill is at a high priority, and react fast.

Ive had people without the artery blockage have heart attacks and die.

same here ... just

heart attack popup -> 5 seg -> he dies ... nothing I can do

colonists suffering from hart deseases have the possibility to do an hart transplant in operation tab. You need the spare hart to apply. I could save a guy having an hart attack this way, all during pause i set him for the transplant then a medic to perform the operation. it took few in game minutes
