I started with Alpha 6 and have like thousands of hours in this game, but I have never seen tynans character in one of my playthroughs :'(

Yeah saw a post with this 1 or 2 months back as well. The backgrounds are also fixed ;) Never seen him myself ingame though.
Tynan led a pirate raid against one of my A14 colonies. I had a good laugh at his background and stats. Unfortunately he died in action - it would've been hilarious to have him join.

yea had him some months ago in a playthrough too, led a pirate raid.
Should have captured him.
