I got the game a few days ago, no problems with loading and playing game. Then today I loaded and had issue with another program so ctrl alt deleted and ended program. Since then it loads to black screen (music plays). I have the game on steam. I tried re-installying and installing in another location as well as deleting cache/local files and even settings in the ludeon studios folder. Despite this I still have the same issue. I have no mods nor have I installed any. I am requesting refund unless any fix can be had which is a shame as i was having a lot of fun with the game. Not sure what the issue is as clearly my pc can run it and there is some corrupt file which is causing the issue

How much time is left in your refund period?
Have you tried restarting your computer? (Seriously - that fixes much more than you would expect.)
