Apologies, can't remember the proper name- when hunter shoots at animal and the whole pack turn on him/her?
Anyway, there is now no warning- you hear the "meeeeyoooo" noise, but nothing else. It's only because I paused and looked at my hunter, to see this:

...that I realised there was an issue.
I have loaded a colony from 15, so it may be this causing this bug.

Can't tell from your save game, exactly what happened. Maybe someone else can find more using developer tools. I'll try and reproduce it independently.
If I understand correctly, what BudPowderDust was trying to convey is that when an animal is harmed by a hunter, there is always the chance that the animal will gain the "manhunter" effect.
There is an additional chance that when a "pack" animal gains the "manhunter" effect, the rest of the "pack" will also gain the "manhunter" effect.
What BugPowderDust was saying is that in earlier versions of RimWorld, when this occured, a "manhunter pack" warning would appear, and warn you that this is happening.
(Warning used to be something like: Manhunter pack - A pack of animals has started hunting colonists after one of the pack was injured.)
I have not actually had a "manhunter pack" event after a colonist attacks a pack animal in A15, and I believe the chance of this happening may have been reduced.
(I have had "manhunter pack" events from off-map, just not from a pack animal being harmed.)
In any case, here's the issue as I understand it:
Hunter shoots pack animal.
Pack animal becomes manhunter.
Entire pack becomes manhunter.
No "manhunter" or "manhunter pack" warnings.
Expected "manhunter pack" warning.
If the animal aggroes, but dies instantly, no message is displayed, even if the rest of the herd turns manhunter.
Video attached. These muffalo were genetically engineered to die easily and manhunt on damage a lot.
