It's quite possible to get a loading bar for cleaning that becomes 3 or 4 times the intended maximum length if you order the cleaning of a tile of floor directly under a creature who is very heavily bleeding (e.g. a bullet riddled thrumbo).

Steps to replicate:
1) Severely wound a large creature
2) Render the creature non-hostile (downed then rescued works)
3) While the creature is standing still, order the cleaning of a tile directly under the creature.
4) Since the rate of new blood is comparable to the rate of removed blood, the loading bar for the cleaning job will keep growing as the progress exceeds what was originally 100% of what was there. That could hypothetically create an infinitely long loading bar (when: rate of removal < rate of bleeding).

Save game example attached.
"Odette" was ordered to clean up the blood of the thrumbo nearby. The thrumbo held still long enough to bleed on the tile she was cleaning.
If you zoom in and quickly double tap the spacebar (pause / unpause), you'll see the yellow loading bar is about 1.5x the length of the grey bounding box that is intended to be it's max length.
One could probably follow the thrumbo around and get even longer bars if you tried. In gameplay, I managed to get one 3 to 4 times the intended length, which is quite noticeable.
Save related notes:
1) The debug log will pop up at the beginning because I deleted all plants with the dev tool to meet file size requirements. Ignore it.
2) There are more bullet riddled thrumbos in the cryocaskets at the center of my base in case you enjoy cleaning the blood of innocent animals, you twisted person you. :D

As stated in the title, this appears to be a purely a cosmetic issue, and a rather small one at that. If it never gets "fixed", it's not something I'd worry about. I'm mentioning it far more out of thoroughness than annoyance.
