Skalli's Improvments

Description:

   This is my first mod ever for any game.

   The mod is to add a new resource to the game (cactus wood [really exists])
   New furnishing objects which are all based on cactus and wood.

Changelog:

0.3 minor improvments
- Added the new "Wood" / "Cactus segment" Texture
- Tweak for the Graves ( default human only)

0.2 Adding New Stuff
- Adding Wood Tiles // Only 1 at the moment
- Adding a new Research ( Wood Tiles)

- disabled "Plant Juice" due Bugs


0.1 Initial Release
- Adding Cactus Plant
- Adding Plant Juice (Cookable)
- Adding Cactus Segments as a Resource

I've been thinking the same thing about the spoiler tag XD looks to be a solid mod, though your cactus wood does look a little too bright. Maybe generally darken the texture?

Though that sounds more like they thirst for vegetarian blood :P

I do love the description of it dont worry about the language, also i did look thrugh cactus wood which untill today i didnt know that exist and i think you should try to make your textures brighter, or atleast check this (http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-13775158/stock-photo-cactus-wood-texture.html), they all look really similar :D

thank you for your idea,
yes it would be better if we can see a texture like the "original" one but i can not get the "holes" displayed Correctly

Das ist wunderbar!

I did not even know that cactus wood existed, thank you for the clever mod. To be honest I have been hesitant to use mods that involve wood because I thought it was not realistic but this is perfect. I would be happy to give it a try

Let me know if you ever need any tips on programming.

thank you for your compliment,

I've only one problem, the colonists can not get Their job (drinking juice) finished.
They take a bottle drank the juice, Then They walk 5 meters and drank again in endless circle, While They starving Until They died.

if you want to you can give it a look (deactivated in the building_furniture.xml)
