Title: Making Multiple meals at once
Post by: wingweaver415 on December 29, 2016, 12:44:42 PM
Could the stoves have a new bill that allows them to build 5 or 10 meals at once? Preparation time would scale down, but maybe 10%(or whatever) wastage as well so that producing 1 meal at a time could still help out in times of low food.

There are several mods that do that. Like this:

Would be good in vanilla too (with a skill requirement) as cooking for a larger colony takes up way too much time if you don't do the fancy cooking setup with ingredient stockpiles left and right and meals dropped on the floor behind.

Thank you, are these mods compatible with existing saves? I cant seem to get the bills to show up on my current game, or a newly generated one.

The real time sink is when making meals from 2 components, forcing 2 trips to the fridge for one meal.. Unless they fixed that already?
