Title: Slightly Higher Cargo Pod Capacity (Or Recover Some Steel?)

Cargo pods work great! I can't wait to try dropping a team of snipers behind a raid.

But for game balance, 80 Steel + 1 Component seems a bit expensive for the 150kg capacity.

Maybe either raise capacity, lower costs, or have colony cargo pods drop some slag or otherwise recover some of the steel?

See, and here I was kinda hating on cargo pods, because if I order four people to get in them, 3 will get in immediately, leaving the last one to make return trips to and from the storehouse, eventually starving, collapsing, going berserk, and forgetting entire about loading the pods.

FWIW, 80 steel + Component (so, 90 steel) isn't all that expensive if you've got core mining. Strip out half your map and you're talking tens of thousands of units of steel.
