Title: [A16] Typo in Needs messages re Barracks

Version : 0.16.1393
Platform : Linux / Steam
Modded : Yes

When checking the Needs screen for a Prisoner, I saw the following typo in the list of Needs...

"Somwhat impressive barrack   2"

The word "Somwhat" should be spelled "Somewhat".
