Title: [Wip] x-Com Project (needs gfx and xml)

i have started brainstorming and trying to plan out a x-com ufo defence conversion over to rimworld.
the mod will start out as a weapons mod for the first stage. then move into adding a faction and some races if i can. hopefully some one will chip in some c# so we can do cool things with the guns and make them work close to the old game .
