There`s none among the arrivals with the yellow question mark. How am I supposed to interact with them?

Its likely their "leader" has some malady that makes him very slow and he just lags terribly behind. Check the way from where they came in to your base.
Once I found the leader had actually fallen asleep due to an issue he had a significant distance from my base. By the time he woke up it was time for them to start leaving fortunately I had already moved my buyer to near the leader and managed to catch him on the way out.
Yes, the trader must be trailing behind or sleeping

Are you really sure it was a caravan? Did they come with pack animals? Sometimes you get visitors who you cant trade with, those dont have animals with them.

AND have stuff to trade, and sometimes visitors are
just visitors.
