Title: [A17] Machining Table does not work and issue with hauling mechanoids

Hi guys, first post here and I just want to report a really annoying bug that I've encountered with machining table bills.

I have constructed a machining table to dissemble mechanoids and construct mortar shells but I keep receiving a message that I require materials for it. https://imgur.com/rrjwOIp (https://imgur.com/rrjwOIp)

I do have materials stored for constructing mortar shells and my map is littered with mechanoid corpses waiting to be disassembled. https://imgur.com/MVZ59jk (https://imgur.com/MVZ59jk)

Any reason or a way around to fix this issue? Not sure if the mods I have installed caused this issue. Mods installed are: Psychology, Colony Leadership, RT's Weapon Pack, EdB Prepare Carefully, Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering.

I attached a rar file of my save but I honestly dont know if it shows up cause this is my first time using this site  ;D :'(

When I loaded your save, Farley was making mortar shells.

As for disassembling the mechanoids, they first need to be shut down/dead.

Oh I didn't realise there was such a feature to shut down mechanoids. Must be from the A17 patch.
