Title: colonist not gain exp!!!! bug or ??????

My Colonist seems do not learn that crafting things...

What happened? am i doing wrong?   :'( :'( :'( :'(

i just realize while i played about 2 hours...

my dream for craft medicine is gone now....

i can't upload the whole pic bcos it's too large.... but really that pic is the colonist doing crafting...

It's not a mods problem, I play Vanilla only and see this happening too. These problems were already reported immediately after A17 release.

For instance, crafting stone blocks give Construction skill points rather Crafting, but only pawns with crafting can do the blocks.

I usually don't craft Medicine as it is dependent to Neutroamine which can only be purchased, but maybe it is twisted in a way that it either adds Research skill points or any other field that is not Crafting or none at all.

I know for sure that crafting Smokeleaf joints doesn't give crafting points even though they are made at a "Crafting spot". I get it, making a smoke joint doesn't really require much skill, but still game mechanics - wise, it's odd.

Producing at drug lab doesn't improve any skills and the work speed is dependent on the intellectual skill of your pawn. Pawns unable to do intellectual work are also unable to produce drugs.

I think it's working as intended, but I'll leave this for Tynan to decide.
