Title: Question about Animal races and genders
Post by: Slava on October 29, 2017, 08:25:31 AM
I deeply apologize if this has been asked before or if it's in some sort of FAQ, but I have no time to read much right now, my internet is really unstable right now and it might lose its connection by the time I am done reading.

I just want to know if it is possible to have multiple animals belong to the same race, for example I have a creature race called "Goliath", they come in "Pure" and "Corrupt" varieties, but, I want them to be the same race, so for example a Pure male could mate with a Corrupt female, and the baby could come out being either Pure or Corrupt. So essentially, is it possible to have multiple types of an animal that belongs to the same race?

I'm gonna go with "not with XML," but I'll also suggest that it would be possible if you were willing to go into C# and mess around with custom life stages.
