Title: [A18]Unequipping hat when constructing a wall place it inside the wall.

1) Load the game and IMMEDIATELY pause the game.
2) Unequip hat.
3) Resume game. Hat will then be place inside the half-built wall. And then the hat got destroyed when the wall is built.

Just tried it twice can confirm but if you un-forbid it first this doesn't happen, bug seems to happen because item is forbidden and therefore can't be moved by the game once wall is finished.
