I just bought the name pack...only because I found out I was just one day late to buy the Pirate King pack... I was only checking the forums and missed the timeline...Is it really too late?

I'm confused here. My creation status got accepted but I'm still in Pirate backer tier. How do I get to Mercenary tier? I wanted to set the skills and work disable tags.
