Be able to specify how many things should be on a stockpile or shelf. Or a limit

There was a mod Hauling Hysteresis (https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=26958) that could (partially) help, now it's included in Rimworld Search Agency (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=726479594).

Hey thanks. Never thought I'd find something like that on steam. I never browsed steam since some dont have external links. But this one has one. Thanks again!
