Rimworld desperately needs a damage resistance or damage threshold system to apply to its materials. Something that makes it so damage below a certain point does no damage. I hate having prisoners who are able to punch their way out of prison every-time they go berserk.
Conversely, you're supposed to have to manage your prisoners, not just lock them in a dungeon and throw away the key. If your prisoners didn't keep going berserk, you wouldn't have this problem.
I have a reasonable expectation that prisoners wouldn't be able to punch out of a steel and stone prison. What the point of building a secure building if someone can penetrate if they get mad enough?
