so you added ringing to the aliasing by totally oversharpening the image or what do you want us to see here?

No... Type ReShade in google, this changes shaders in games, you can customize it.

Visual, but it gave me so many fps.

I did install the program, but every option I apply decreases the fps counter (which is very useful by itself, just to check how effective any given measure has on total FPS) Could you upload your cfg or give a few hints as to how I can actually improve my FPS?

Btw how do you check fps? Is there a thing there in the dev tools or do i have to install a 3rd party software?

I would recommend either Fraps or MSI  for checking fps.
