Yes i've got off. rimworld in steam it calls like unstable public

Right click on Rimworld in your Steam library, select properties, click the tab that reads "Betas", then select "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs" from the dropdown below; it should then update to the latest stable release.
Additionally to the above, there were a few reports of people having trouble updating to B18 when it first came out, as apparently there wasn't a "None" option under the Beta's tab. Not sure if this was caused by a Steam bug at the time, but if this happens to you then those that encountered this issue were able to fix it by verifying the game files. Which you can do by:
Steam > Library > Right click on RimWorld > Properties > Local Files > Click on verify integrity of game files
