Title: [MOD REQUEST] Interrupt Weapon Cooldowns

We've all been in a situation where a colonist attacks an enemy juuuuust as they get close enough to do some serious melee damage. I would love to see a mod that lets us interrupt the cooldown by sending the drafted colonist to move or do something else (like getting away from said enemy). The cooldown would ideally still be necessary but only after the colonist has stopped moving. There is no reason that you MUST reload right after firing a weapon. It can wait.

Or, you know, integrate Combat Extended's reload mechanic and make cooldowns fractions of second as "recoil" and let pawns reload once their guns are out of rounds. No need to even integrate create round crafting, make guns reload from an imaginary bag of holding full of bullets.
