I have a colonist with 2 bionic legs, an exoskeleton from the mod ''FashionRIMsta'' and 3 adrenaline ribs from another mod and his walking speed is 9.88 c/s.
I'm gonna send him to a town to trade and i was wondering that walking speed effect caravan speed!

Yes, it does. But the caravan speed is only as fast as its slowest member so it will only work if you send him alone (or with similarly modified company).
