I'm requesting a mod that adds an implant that you can use to easy recruit prisoners, and maybe keep colonists from going berserc and fight other colonists. It may work like happines implant and permanently damage brain. And it can give other colonists mood debuff "Prisoner Brainwashed", but it's all optional
I guess it can be made like an implant or like an artifact that gives trait "Loyality" and give you 100% chance to recruit that prisoner.
I don't really know what will be easier to do and will it be possible to make an implant that also gives you a trait.
