Title: [1.0.2026](64-bit) Stockpile Menu broken/missing

1. Circumstances: New game or loaded savegame Stockpile menu is missing

2. What happened: Stockpile menu in bottom left corner does not appear

3. Expectation: The menu appears

4: Reproduction: Make a stockpile or find an existing stockpile in a savegame. Click on it. No menu.

I just started a new game a few minutes ago after downloading the latest update and I cannot edit my stockpiles. When I click on stockpile areas no details come up, no way to rename or edit what goes in that stockpile, just nothing.

I am running 1.0.2026 on Windows
