as you might have guessed from the title, troubleshooting log files is far from being my forte. and with 50+ mods disabling mods 1 by 1 to find the culprit might not be the best option.
I would greatly appreciate if someone can at least guide me toward finding the problem.

To find the mod for the XML error you can use the windows explorer, open the mod folder and enter <tendDuration>30000 at the search field.
The other error isn't easy to find, since you got serveral mod that add's events.
You can ignore the HelpTab warnings, the current HelpTab is only a quick update version. A better one should come's later.
But HelpTab should works for the most things you search.
