I've been searching and searching and cannot figure this one out. I had Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering installed on Beta 18, and when Beta 19 came out I uninstalled it and started a new game. Well, during the game I managed to come across two Bionic Ears. If I recall, this item was in EPOE, but I cannot find this item anywhere on the wiki or patch updates.
Does anybody have any insight about what might be going on? The obvious answer is that EPOE wasn't fully uninstalled, but it I disabled it as a steam workshop mod, so...?
