Title: Making Medicine Uses the Doctoring Skill
Post by: christhekiller on September 15, 2018, 03:52:13 AM
Just kinda makes more sense for doctors to make medicine. Personally, I'd also like doctors to focus on that instead when not doctoring of people who can craft and have a relatively high intellectual skill.

Right now it uses Crafting and Intellectual.

I'm pretty sure it already does.

(or at least it used to in previous versions)

Nope. I think it primarily uses crafting when picking work order. But it says it uses crafting and intellectual.

Edit: Yup, I just double checked. It requires a minimum craft and intellectual skill of 4. No mention of the doctoring skill.

mmm.. not sure, honestly. Making medication could definitely be done by a medical professional, sure, but skill in applying bandages or surgery hardly seems like it would enable you to be good at mixing chemicals. That's more of a researcher thing, so I think it using Intellectual is fine.
