Title: Massive old1.0 and new1.0 confusion.
Post by: SYDWAD on October 10, 2018, 12:32:51 AM
Many people on the reddit and in modding communities have been confused about the new test 1.0 and the old test 1.0 when trying to talk and when finding data/mods, so when it's released can it be labelled "1.1" or something please?
Ive been trying to update mods on the Rimworld Base but the confusion between 1.0 and 1.0 is making it VERY hard. So could something please be done to fix this?

I'm 90% sure most people who complain about the "steam mods" thing are people who didn't buy the game.

what do you mean by Old 1.0 and New 1.0? By Old 1.0 do you mean the jump from B18 to unstable 1.0 that then was changed to B19 when it was released? Tynan already said that most B1.9 mods shouldn't need a lot of work, maybe recompiling mods that use dlls to work, that's it.

Didn't he also say something about going onto Steam and cleaning out all those 1.0 mods that were actually for the 1.0(B19) from back in June/July?
