Title: How about an exile button?

I would love to have a button I can use to kick people out of the colony without having to send them out to die, sometimes you get people that are all but useless in your current build. Maybe a person who can't fight when you really need a fighter, or maybe you just have to many colonists. It could be helpful to get ride of the people who are just taking up space and eating your food. . .

I like the idea, but there is already a solution to your problem:
Arrest --> Execute

Simple but blunt.

Or Arrest ---> Sell to Slavers

You should take the penalty of harming a fellow colonist how DARE you!!! -lol

It'd be better a little if you arrest them and don't feed them for prolonged periods of time.

Minimal cost, and they don't harm your colonists.

But that said are there REALLY any useless colonists? Anyone can man a Mortar.

I like the idea of having an exile button, because executing or selling prisoners make colonist's opinions go down. And how about, the exile button only does -2 mood to all colonists? Because, the colonists have a little hope that the person might live out wandering about n' stuff.

Definitely, it's on the to-do list. Just hasn't been a critical priority yet.

If we ever get historical personnages in this'll be even more special though :)

maybe when the traits start to become reality even I might have some reason to exile someone, but I've yet to find any reason to get rid of anyone
there's always some job for everyone

but having expelling some murderous psycopath from your colony
and maybe, maaaybe have him come back with some "friends" much later on to exact some revengeance

oooh *shudder*
