Greetings fellow inhabitants of the Rim.
I would like to suggest the creation of a mod that would designate a "Stage" for pawns to perform on and entertain the colony and visitors with singing, dancing and/or acting.
For reference here are some mods I have been looking into that set this whole mental process in motion:
-Therapy mod
-School and Learning mod
-Prison Labor mod
-Hospitality mod
Features:
-Scheduled performance time through restrict menu (like in school and learning mod)
-New Job "Perform" should be available for colonists and prisoners alike. Artistic skill would determine the quality of the performance.
-Stage structure is where you would set performance bills and where Performers would stand/move about during the activity. Stage should be modular/linkable, so as to create structures of different sizes to accomodate multiple performers. As an example, a 2x2 base size for max one Performer pawn.
-Any number of Audience chairs should be linkable to the Stage structure within a certain area around it. Colonists and visitors/guests should be able to attend the performance as a recreation source.
-Mood buff/debuff for Audience depending on the quality of the performance.
-Custom Emotes for Performers (musical notes, dance steps, theater mask) and Audience members (applause/boo for good/bad opinion of the performance during the activity)
-Possible upgrades to Stage structure could be a Microphone, Stage props, Light show. Each would increase the quality of the performance.
