Title: Lag spikes after 3 years ingame

I'm having lag spikes every like 5 seconds at 3x speed (the issue is still there at 1 or 2 speed, just less frequent). I'm currently at year 3 and i'm playing with a mod called "Faction manager", in my main base i have these lag spikes and if i create another colony and unload my main (i have only one colony with 12 colonists and 15 animals), i still have those lag spikes, less frequently but i still have them.
Had this issues with another "self-made modpack", always happens at year 3 or so. Also everything started after a big tribesmen sapper raid, they started running around the walls of my base shooting, some stopped shooting, other just charging my walls, and the game started to stutter and freeze every 1 or 2 seconds during the battle.

Pc specs are Win10, 16gb ram,i5 4670k oc 4ghz and gtx 970 4gb vram

P.s. i can't do the 50/50 test, since i'm having issues only after a long time playing, also tried to clean every option with RuntimeGC, still having the same lag spike.

Ok, i've done some testing in and found out that the game freezes every time the garbage collector of unity gets called.
With runtimeGC i can see real time the ram usage, and as soon as i reach 969 Mb of ram, the game freezes and goes back to 691 Mb.
