Colonists are hauling to hoppers even if you unassign all of the jobs
How to reproduce:
create a colony
disable all of the work priorities
create a hopper
create some raw food
wait a bit (sometimes it takes time)
watch them haul food to hoppers
this creates some bugs in my mod as they try to haul even if they are incapable of hauling or/and cooking
