Title: [1.1.2562 Royalty] Toughskin, armorskin, and stoneskin implants can stack

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but all of the +armor implants can be installed at the same time into a single pawn and appear to stack. The descriptions seem to suggest that only one should be installed at a time.
