It's not entirely.. There's a better way to summarize it or describe it than that, come on.. I would but I haven't tried it myself, only read into it and saw screenshots. It can be configured to be a decent appropriate mod that allows colonists to have sex, cheat on their loved one, get pregnant, etc.

Lets put it this way: if a couple of Thrumbos gently caressing one of your colonists is the kind of thing you find unappealing, then this mod is not for you. This is actually mild compared to most of the mod's potential scenarios.
You could just have said it the Rule34 Mod ;D

When searching for this mod on steam I could also not find anything.
Steam has more respect for itself than to allow this mod.
Not much more, but anyway.
