Title: [1.1.2587] Skill bar in bio-tab is visually maxed out too soon

It is more like a trivia, but as you can see on the screenshot the skill bar for level 19 compared with the display when you hover the mouse over it indicates that it is the maximum level. Could it be that this is due to the 30,000 points you need in level 19 AND in level 20?
