Title: No option to recruit prisoner. How do I recruit this person?

There literally isn't any option to recruit or reduce resistance. Has anybody seen this before?

She's a wild woman, which means she's effectively a wild animal.

You have to tame her instead of recruiting her.

Is being unable to reduce resistance on wild people new to 1.1?

No idea. I've not been in a situation where I wanted to recruit a wild person before.
