I do have a fair number of mods, but almost all of them use locally cached copies, nothing's changed for a long time, and the base has existed for 37 game years before this occurred. The issue is at a second base. Version 1.0.
Save file and log here, though I think the log file is maybe not much help since I went mucking around with devtools for so long.
The only regions I can clean are where I was formerly housing bug hives for about 1.25 in-game years I'd estimate. I've spent like 3 hours trying to figure out the cause, going so far as to clear the map using the "Clear 21x21 Tile."
When I assign a colonist to clean anything outside of those squares, their pathfinding line goes wild for a second, and then they almost instantly give up and do something else. I had one guy get stuck spinning in all directions on one square, like a spinning top. Colonists are also incapable of cleaning on their own.
I tried:
- Clearing virtually the entirety of the colony (but not of the map)
- All colonists leaving the map
- Using Garbage Collector mod, cleaned the whole map
- Destroyed all colonists and made new ones
The only thing that did work was "Regenerate current map"

Only the 4 regions in the blue square can be cleaned.

Could you please upload your savefile? Thanks.
