I get a small window with the RimWorld logo and an exclamation mark, i do NOT however have AMD anything. Intel CPU and NVIDIA graphics card with the latest drivers.
Windows 10, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
Attached player.log and dxdiag.txt

No mods active, only started with update 1.3.3080.

Same problem, game do not started, but on linux, all modules was disabled

I posted my own incase it was different, but try using this

and try starting the game. I play on a second screen full screen and ever seince this update came out I can't get it run full screen on the second screen.In that registry key there is a UnitySelectMonitor entry you can also change to 0 if your using a second monitor and it starts that way too.

The unity engine used at 1.3 got problems with 2.monitor.
You should turn off or unplug the 2. monitor before you start RW.

Yes it appears to be an issue with having 2 monitors, removing the second monitor fixes the issue, as does running the registry entry.
