1. You mean like uploading your save so others can download it? Use Mediafire (http://www.mediafire.com/) or DropBox (http://www.dropbox.com/) or any of the other sites you can find googling File sharing site - Example list of file sharing sites (http://www.ebizmba.com/articles/file-sharing-websites).
2. Not sure about the question exactly so I'll leave it alone but, I think green/m1 looks more like badass military whereas power armor looks more like futuristic badass military so take your pick :)
