I was selling a lot of clothes I got from enemies. The merchant didn't have enough silver so I decided to buy 4 items to help get rid of some apparel. I bought: 1 Crafting Neurotrainer, 1 Research Neurotrainer, 1 Steel Sculpture (Legendary) and 1 Power Armor Helmet.(See attached image RimWorldBoughtItems.png)
When I bought all four items at once the screen went crazy, colors everywhere!(See attached image RimWorldError.png) I reloaded, tried the same purchase and same thing. When I bought everything except the Helmet it worked fine, then buying the Helmet after worked fine as well. I noticed the screen went buggy right after the Helmet landed from the trade. Hope this help!

I got this too once randomly, happened when I was buying/selling art. Doesn't seem to be reliably reproducible.
Can someone please post the output_log after this occurs?
