Option to start the game paused when loading a save.

Pretty self-explanatory. I think it would be a nice addition.

Definitely would be a good toggleable option! I only say toggleable as opposed to default since with long loading times sometimes I like to step away from the computer and let Rimworld run amok. :P

Edb interface mod or Edb prepare mod adds this aswell. if your needing it now.
