Version 0.0.254 Compiled Nov 7 2013

Windows 7.
Map size 250x250.
At the beginning with 3 colonist.
If I reload the save, everything back to normal for a sec then goes back to white screen. Waited after the rain. Now Fog. Same thing, I save then reload the save, everything is fine with fog during a sec. Then I only see white fog with name plate moving.(http://imageshack.us/a/img844/9669/dly5.jpg)

There is a hotfixed 254 release called 254b. It should fix your error (caused by building on the edge of a map)
