One of my best pawns has a shattered pelvis... replaced his legs... no luck.... can this be fixed?
Not in Vanilla Rimworld.
There are a couple mods around with bone replacements though, shouldn't have to look far.
Extract the right lung, left kidney, both eyes, and the liver. Problem solved?
He's dead Jim. Damnit, I'd a doctor, not a modder.

Love it!!
Must have been a nasty fall...
Shattered pelvis can mean only one thing.... Bad manners.
Someone tried to shoot him in the dick.
I suggest an orthopedic surgery consult

Keels over and dies with laughter.
Death, by SNU-SNU!
It may be the end for your colonist, unless you wait for like 2 alpha's for pelvis replacements to be implemented ;)
