When first running the update I noticed I could no longer build conductive walls. I'm not sure if this is caused by re installing the game or if it's a bug or if they were purpose fully removed, but it's a bit frustrating.
Not a bug. You can construct power lines in walls that are already built. If you click select, you can also deconstruct power lines in walls (although tedious)
